โ€œThis award is truly an icing on the cakeโ€, Caรฑizares said. โ€œAs we reap this award, we are humbled as well because this Service Award is a manifestation that there are issues about women and children that continue to linger, such as violence, teenage pregnancy, human trafficking, etc., and these need to be stoppedโ€, she added.
