At a young age of 11, he was already exposed to the TCCโs Cafรฉ 1st outlet located in Pres. Quirino St., Kasambagan. After his class, AJ would change his outfit as a Chamber Keeper since his school (Abbaโs Orchard School) was just near the cafรฉ.

AJโs Pan Bisaya โ one of his creations, proved to be TCCโs Best Baker! Up to now AJโs passion for baking and love for cacaos continue as he is in charge of blending and mixing TCCโs Chocolate Powder and making the Ganache for their old fashioned cake.
