You guessed it right! Bibingka sa Mandaue featuring Mayol’s Special Bibingka!
Nothing can beat the traditionally-cooked bibingka– the crunch on top with a little burnt taste at the bottom, the sweetness from the coconut, and the soft inside makes the perfect combo.
Mayol’s Special Bibingka is a reminder of the wonderful and delicious Mandauehanon culture. With its varied flavor, customers can now choose from their original recipe which is passed for six generations, to three more interesting options — Bibingka Initlugan, Muscovado Bibingka, and Bibingka with Cheese.
With its delicious taste and its continuous effort to diversify its product, there is no wonder why Mayol’s Special Bibingka was awarded the Top Grosser during the One Cebu Expo for Obra Negosyo by the Cebu Provincial Government in 2012.
