“Kumusta Kabayan”, a radio program of #megamixx1019fm / ktkb.com based in Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands will feature the President and Founder of The Chocolate Chamber Ms. Raquel T. Choa in a Live Interview on her Philippine Cacao Advocacy tomorrow, September 30 from 5:30pm to 7pm at the Lobby Lounge of Marco Polo Plaza Cebu.
The show that will be hosted by Mr. Z, Miss Mair, Consul MC Hamoy and Kuya Allan promotes Filipino arts, lifestyle, cultural and heritage news.
Dubbed as the “Philippine Chocolate Queen” and “Philippine Chocolate Somellier,” Raquel Toquero-Choa is a house wife and a proud mother of eight who has drawn inspiration from Maria Cacao.

Her passion and curiosity for chocolate gave birth to The Chocolate Chamber where she highlights the sweet and savory sides of chocolate through one of her novelty creations, the Cacao de Bola, which she launched in New York for the Le Salon du Chocolat-Chocolate Festival in 2016. In the same year, she visited Guam as keynote speaker for the Women’s Month celebration with Guam’s Women’s Chamber of Commerce and as guest ‘tablea maker’ in Guam Community College.
In 2018, she revisited Guam courtesy of the Philippine consulate and Philippine Airlines as she launched the Batirol in Pacific Star Hotel and for a special demonstration on Philippine cacao and chocolate at the Plaza Espana Chocolate House in Hagatna in collaboration with the office of then Sen. Michael San Nicolas.
Joining Ms. Raquel in the live interview is Ms. Hannah Mae T. Choa who is also a Philippine Chocolate Sommelier Apprentice, one of the programs offered by The Chocolate Chamber Academy. Hannah is a Nutrition and Dietetics student and often performs her role as Spiller of the BEANS in sharing the wonders of cacao and chocolate.

Mr. Edu T. Pantino, a teacher by profession, cacao advocate and The Chocolate Chamber’s managing partner will also share with fellow chocolate lovers the company’s advocacy in cacao farming.
