A Celebration of Food and Culture at Seda

Though Sinulog may feel different this year, Seda celebrates food and culture in their own intimate ways, with health protocols in place! This year’s festivities, feature an authentic spread of Cebuano cuisine and a showcase of artworks from renowned painter, Cesar Castillo.

Cesar’s works encompass a wide range of media and show a conscious effort to simplify and adapt art expression without borders that has a deeper message and personal aspirations which help him create a stronger foundation for his creative prowess.

Sto Nino paintings, with textured brush strokes on canvas inspired by the Cebuano culture and tradition, are available for viewing from January 11 – 18 at the ground floor of Seda Ayala Center Cebu. According to Seda’s General Manager, Ms. Gwen Dela Cruz “Seda aims to support local talent, especially in such trying times.”

This January 15 – 17, feast with Seda as they highlight Cebu’s well-loved dishes in a delicious lunch and dinner buffet at Misto. Spread includes local specialties from Seda’s signature lechon belly, chicken adobo, kawali and more! The festive and hearty buffet is priced at Php750 net per person. Guests who wish to stay at the heart of the metro during Sinulog weekend may also book for an overnight stay in a Deluxe Room for only Php3,500 net/ night from January 11 – 18.
