The modern 3-window Show Kitchen highlights the use of a Tuscany Charcoal Grill – the first of its kind in Cebu. Fresh meat and seafood are chargrilled and roasted on-the-spot in the charcoal-fueled grill, in clear view of diners who will enjoy watching the culinary skills of the chefs as well as the opportunity to discover how-to’s for cooking.
