Educated at the Culinary Art School in Zurich, Switzerland, Max began his Asian journey at Yokohama County and Athletic Club, Yokohama Japan, Hotel Nikko Bangkok, Hotel Nikko in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before assuming key roles at renowned hotels such as the Grand Sukhumvit Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, and the Radisson Blu Resort Wetland Park in Wuxi, China.
His passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Marco Polo Plaza Cebu. Known for his hands-on approach and dedication to team development, he is poised to drive operational excellence while maintaining the hotel’s impeccable standards of service.
