The event will feature the award-winning mixologist Kalel Demetrio, celebrated for his innovative approach to beverages and his deep connection to Filipino heritage.

Kalel Demetrio, often hailed as the “mad scientist/albularyo” of the beverage world, is known for his unconventional bar concepts, including Agimat at Ugat Foraging Bar in Poblacion, Makati. As a fervent advocate for the Philippines’ natural bounty, Demetrio draws on age-old culinary traditions to craft beverages that are both groundbreaking and deeply rooted in Filipino identity.
