LAPULAPU CITY – Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark in Mactan Cebu is hosting a big event at the Triton Grand Ballroom dubbed as “The Brides at Triton Wedding Expo 2024” where some 60 exhibitors from various suppliers of wedding packages such as cakes, gowns, gifts, giveaways, make-up/stylists, event planners, photo/videographers and more on July 6 to 7 and the resort is expecting more participants this year.
“We are expecting double participants/audience from the first event that we had because this wedding expo has become popular as a tourism destination. We’re also expecting audiences and guests who are looking for gift ideas or those looking for suppliers for their other events like birthdays, romantic dinner or a proposal package,” Antoinette Elmido, Jpark area director of sales said in a press conference with media and content creators/influencers on June 25 at the Triton Grand Ballroom.
Jehd Ombus, senior sales manager and Kristine Mangapis, director revenue management of Jpark and Dexter Alazas, creative director & representative of the participating designers talked about the significance of personalization and customization in wedding planning. They highlighted the importance of understanding the couple’s preferences and incorporating their personalities into the wedding theme.
“Couples always want to be involved in the planning process and the importance and value of personalization including post-wedding events to create a unique and memorable wedding experience for them,” Alazas noted.
What to expect at “The Brides at Triton Wedding Expo 2024”
The Wedding Expo provides prospective couples and event organizers to be updated with the latest wedding trends, inclusivity and supplier diversity. Various suppliers to offer customized wedding giveaways, including mobile bars, dessert stations, and flyers.
Menu customization options with Executive Chef; launching of bridal fashion show featuring collections by Claudia Young and other designers; provide wedding packages and promo details to couples for customization; and coordinate pre-wedding and after-party vendors for couples interested in full-event planning, are some of the info/details to know at the Expo.
Day-1 of the Expo include the stories of the brides’ journey with “Up Close & Personal with the Triton Brides” with Karen Gail Amoin-Daclan and Thea Casiano-Yap, from planning to their special day, hearing their unique perspectives and memorable moments
