A symbolic Chinese New Year ceremony unfolded today at Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu, marking the arrival of the Year of the Wood Snake with time-honoured traditions. The ceremony commenced with a traditional Dotting of the Lions, a custom that invites prosperity for the year ahead.
