CREBA Cebu Successfully Holds General Monthly Meeting & Induction of New Officers and Members

The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) Cebu Chapter successfully concluded its General Monthly Meeting and Induction of New Officers and Members at Casino Español.

The event brought together key industry leaders, real estate developers, and stakeholders to discuss policy reforms, housing projects, and the future of real estate development in Cebu.

CREBA Cebu President Marissa S. Inting opened the event with a call for innovation and strong leadership within the organization, “Today was not just a day to discuss issues and opportunities; it was also a celebration of leadership and new beginnings. As we inducted our new officers, we looked forward to fresh ideas, renewed commitment, and the energy they will bring to CREBA Cebu,” said Inting.

A key highlight of the event was the presentation from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), with Candice Dianne Parena (Chief Administrative Officer) discussing efforts to improve business processes and government transactions affecting the real estate industry.

The induction of new CREBA Cebu members and officers was led by Noel “Toti” M. Cariño, President of CREBA National, who reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to policy advocacy, housing affordability, and industry collaboration. “We reaffirm our collective commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in real estate. For 50 years, CREBA has been a strong partner in shaping policies that promote sustainable development, housing affordability, and investment growth,” said Cariño.

The event also featured discussions on the 4PH Projects, highlighting upcoming real estate developments in Cebu City and Compostela, aimed at addressing housing demand and urban expansion.

With its new officers and members officially inducted, CREBA Cebu is set to continue its mission of driving progress and building a dynamic real estate industry in the region.
