Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), the leading developer in VisMin marks another milestone as it tops off iconic Masters Tower Cebu, a 192-meter tall 5-star hotel and office tower set to redefine Cebu City’s skyline, reinforcing its status as a global business and tourism destination.

Nestled on a 2,840-sqm prime lot in Cebu Business Park, Masters Tower Cebu is a striking addition to the city’s skyline making it the tallest building in Cebu’s central business district. The structure is a crown built for Cebu, paying homage to its title as the “Queen City of the South,” while its sleek façade — designed by renowned architectural firms Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and GF Partners Architects — combines high-performance glass and aluminum, reflecting Cebu’s rich woodcrafting heritage.
