Seda Central Bloc Cebu is thrilled to announce its participation in the Cebu Food and Wine Festival 2024 with an extraordinary dining promotion at Misto: “Lechon Fiesta.” This celebration will showcase Seda Central Bloc Cebu’s Signature Lechon de Cebu, masterfully crafted by our talented Senior Sous Chef, Crisanto Palang Jr.
Chef Crisanto Palang Jr., a native of Carcar and a certified lechonero, has perfected the art of preparing Lechon de Cebu, a beloved local delicacy. In addition to our Signature Lechon de Cebu, the buffet spread will feature a diverse selection of other lechon varieties, ensuring a delightful feast for all lechon enthusiasts. Guests can indulge in an array of mains and appetizers, each thoughtfully curated to complement the festival’s festive spirit and culinary diversity. Highlights include Vietnamese spring rolls with lechon, lechon fajitas on toast, and kilawin (lechon and kinilaw). Creative lechon presentations such as spicy lechon pizza, crispy sisig with lechon bits and lechon fried rice will also be featured.
The promotion runs from June 21 to 30, 2024, with the following buffet schedules:
Lunch Buffet: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM (daily) โ Php 950 net per person
Dinner Buffet: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Friday to Sunday) โ Php 1,199 net per person
