Considered as a major tourist destination, the island of Olango lies 5 km (3.1 mi) east of Mactan Island found in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

We can’t deny the fact that Olango’s coastal ecosystem enchants us to explore its flatlands, offshore coral reefs and mangroves.

The mangroves in Olango are among the most extensive in the entire Cebu province and you can even experience planting in any of the island’s Eco-Tourism Park.

The Chan Administration through the Lapu-Lapu Tourism Cultural and  Historical Affairs Commission is exploring possibilities to enhance tourism related activities that the Island has to offer.
