The Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development Regional Office 7 (formerly Housing and Land Regulatory Board – HLURB 7) will be moving to a new office address at the 6th floor of ADG IT Center, Subangdaku, Mandaue City.
Regional Director Francis Ordeniza and Alpa Land President and CEO Barbara Gothong-Tan inked the lease agreement for a 600 square meter office space in the only digitally forward and PEZA Certified building in Subangdaku.
DHSUD is scheduled to move into their new office by mid-February 2021 and assures their clients of continuous delivery of public service even during their transfer.
